Without eating any food, you will lose weight, But slowly.

When your body stops receiving the fuel it is used to, it goes into ‘survival mode’ and will use the fat stores to survive instead.

However, it will use them as efficiently as it can to sustain as much body weight as possible because it doesn’t know where the next source of fuel is going to come from.

So the best way to lose weight is to eat smaller portions regularly.

Your body recognizes its getting fuel but also will dip into the fat reserves because it’s not as much as you normally eat.

Let’s say your metabolism burns 2000 calories per day, to maintain your current weight.
