Hey, friends! In today’s video, I show you another part of my fitness / workout routine! Today I show you what I do to tone and build muscle in my abs and what I do for cardio. I start every workout with cardio, and I will add in an ab workout at the end of another workout here and there. I never really do just cardio or abs because I don’t find that to be effective for me. I really believe that so much of abs are built in the kitchen, so eat well and see the results!! I hope this video provides you with some tips on how to get in shape and can help you get fit for summer or just build more muscle in general!
1. Elliptical: Level 10 incline, level 8 resistance for 10-12 minutes
2. Stationary Bike: Level 8 resistance for 10-12 minutes
3. Running: 1-4 miles
4. Planks: Standard plank + Bosu ball variations for 1 minute each
5. Crunch Circuit: Regular crunches for 50 reps + Left side crunches for 25 reps + Right side crunches for 25 reps x 2 sets
6. Fitness Ball / Bosu Ball crunches: 100 reps
7. Sliders: Various

**INFORMATION ABOUT MY DIET**
I have decided not to include any specific information about my diet on Youtube. I have noticed that people on the internet can be very critical of the lifestyles of others, and I simply do not want to subject myself to that kind of potential ridicule. I will say that, in general, I follow a diet of moderation. I do not believe in labeling food as “good” or “bad”. I simply eat what makes me feel good and try to keep a balanced diet and lifestyle!
I am in no way a fitness professional, and I am not attempting to pose as some sort of fitness guru. These videos have been highly requested, and I am simply sharing what I have found that works for me and my body. Please consult a doctor if you have any fitness-related inquiries!
